Welcome to Dream Oracle! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dream Oracle mobile application (“App”) provided by [Insert Company Name] (“we,” “us,” “our”).

1. Use of the App
Dream Oracle allows you to log dreams, receive AI-powered interpretations, and view past entries.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Dream Oracle.
2. User Content
By entering text into the App (such as dream entries), you grant us a limited license to process that content for the purpose of generating interpretations and storing it securely for your access.
You retain ownership of your dream entries.
We do not claim ownership over anything you create or submit.
You are responsible for ensuring that your dream entries do not:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Contain harmful, illegal, or abusive content

Your use of Dream Oracle is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

4. Account and Access
You must sign in with your Apple ID to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Subscription and Billing
Dream Oracle offers a subscription plan with a 3-day free trial.
After the trial, your account will be charged $6.99 USD per month unless you cancel through your Apple account settings before the trial ends.
Subscription payments are handled through Apple. We do not directly process or store payment information.
6. Intellectual Property
Dream Oracle and all related content, including but not limited to the app design, logos, text, and software, are owned by Nullhost Development LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App or included content without our permission.

Dream Oracle provides dream interpretations for informational and entertainment purposes only.
The interpretations are not a substitute for professional psychological, medical, legal, or spiritual advice.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any interpretation provided.
Use of the App is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nullhost Development LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of Dream Oracle.
Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the App is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for access to the App in the past 12 months.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you through the App or by other means.
By continuing to use Dream Oracle after changes are posted, you accept the updated Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Dream Oracle at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the App and contacting us at [email protected].
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, USA.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Dream Oracle will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in New Jersey.
